Wedding at Château de Berne

Wedding videographer in Provence

NOT A PHOTOGRAPHER | WEDDING FILMS

You found Château de Berne. The five-star estate in the heart of the Var vineyards, where every detail, from the service to the spaces, is held to a standard that leaves nothing to chance. A place that knows exactly what a high-end wedding looks like, and delivers it without making it feel managed.

Now you need someone who understands how a wedding breathes in a place like this, and who can turn what you are about to live into a film that carries all of it forward.

That is what I do.

Being present, without being everywhere

What makes Château de Berne exceptional on film is the variety. The estate takes guests on a journey through different environments across the day. The garden, the terraces, the Jardin du Jasmin, a stunning glass pavilion set among the vines and pines, that opens the dinner to the surrounding landscape. Each space has its own light, its own atmosphere, its own moment in the story.

That diversity creates something rare: a wedding film that genuinely moves. Not a single location seen from multiple angles, but a day that unfolds across a place with real depth.

Present without interrupting

Weddings at Château de Berne tend to be large, international, and intensely festive. The energy is high from the start and rarely drops. My job is to follow that energy without interrupting it. No direction, no staging. The speeches, the dancing, the words people find to say out loud when it matters. That is the material the film is built around.

I stay close to what is happening, and far enough from it to let it breathe.

Before filming, I listen

Planning a wedding in France from abroad means trusting people you have never met in person. I understand that.

Before anything else, we talk. Over a video call, properly. I want to understand who you are as a couple, what matters to you, what kind of celebration you are imagining. That conversation shapes everything that comes after.

I speak English fluently and have worked with international teams many times at venues across Provence. Photographers, celebrants, planners, musicians from different countries. The coordination is smooth, the communication natural. You will not need to worry about that part.

Why Château de Berne works so well on film

The five-star standard is felt at every level. The quality of the spaces, the light over the vineyards in the late afternoon, the way the Jardin du Jasmin glows as the evening settles in. None of that needs to be created. It is already there. My job is simply to be in the right place when it happens.

Weddings here are celebrations at full volume. And that energy, when it is captured honestly, makes for exceptional storytelling.
