A wedding at perpignan
Perpignan has a character you won’t find anywhere else in France. A Catalan light, almost Spanish, sharper and warmer than the rest of Occitanie. A city that feels like the deep South, with its colours, its contrasts, and a Mediterranean energy pushed to its fullest intensity.
I know this area well. I have filmed several weddings here, including at Domaine Mas Conte, a venue that captures everything the region does best. Vineyards as far as the eye can see, understated and elegant architecture, and that late afternoon light that transforms every image. Beyond Perpignan, the Corbières, the Roussillon plains, the foothills of the Pyrenees, each location carries a strong identity that becomes part of the story naturally.
This is a territory I love filming. The light here does something particular, and that shows in the films.
