Wedding at domaine Saint Germain

NOT A PHOTOGRAPHER | WEDDING FILMS

You found Domaine Saint Germain. The mas set within 55 hectares of olive groves and garrigue, the view across to the Pic Saint Loup, the silence that belongs to places truly removed from everything else. A venue that feels nothing like a venue. It feels like somewhere that has always been there, waiting.

Now you need someone who understands how a wedding breathes in a place like this, and who can turn what you are about to live into a film that carries all of it forward.

That is what I do.

Being present, without being everywhere

Domaine Saint Germain does something to people. The scale of the landscape, the quality of the silence, the way the light changes across the Pic Saint Loup through the day. It slows everything down in the right way, and that shows in the film.

I follow that rhythm without interrupting it. The speeches, the vows, the words the people who love you find to say out loud. That is the material I build your film around.

I work regularly with international teams here. Photographers, celebrants, planners from different countries. Communication stays natural, the day unfolds the way it should.

Before filming, I listen

Planning a wedding in France from the UK means trusting people you have never met in person. I understand that.

Before anything else, we talk. Over a video call, properly. I want to understand who you are as a couple, what matters to you, what kind of day you are imagining. That conversation shapes everything that comes after.

I am based in Montpellier, close to Domaine Saint Germain. I know this place well. That familiarity means one less thing for you to think about.

Why Domaine Saint Germain works so well on film

I film regularly at Domaine Saint Germain. The sunsets over the Pic Saint Loup are among the most extraordinary I know in Occitanie. The garrigue, the olive groves, the quality of light that comes with this landscape at altitude. All of it finds its way into the film without being forced.

What matters most is not the setting, as extraordinary as it is. It is what happens within it. At Domaine Saint Germain, the two tend to work together beautifully. My role stays the same: to be there, discreetly, and tell these moments as they are.
